All orders for goods accepted by Exclusive Crafts are subject to the following conditions which shall form part of and govern the contract of sale. Acceptance of goods shall be deemed to be acceptance of these conditions of sale. 

1. Payment and Price

  • We reserve the right to vary the quoted price for the goods in accordance with market conditions. Price Lists do not constitute an offer. If the price at the time of sale is known to differ from a price previously quoted to the purchaser we will notify the purchaser before dispatching any goods to confirm that the purchaser still wishes to proceed.
  • All invoices are due for payment on the date shown on the invoice. Payment is to made in sterling unless otherwise agreed. Overdue accounts will be charged, on a daily basis, commercial interest at 5% above the base rate of the Bank of England obtaining at the time.

2. Availability of Goods

  • We will try to comply with any date named for despatch or delivery. Any date given is intended as estimate only and does not form part of the contract.
  • If owing to non-availability of the goods or any other causes beyond our control, we shall be unable to effect delivery we shall be at liberty to cancel all or part of the order by giving notice to the purchaser in which case any payment already made by the purchaser for the non-available goods will be refunded.

3. Property and Risk

  • So long as any amounts remain owing from the purchaser to the vendor the goods shall remain the property of Exclusive Crafts.

4. Design Variation

  • We make every effort to ensure that manufactured goods supplied correspond to in every respect with the sample, specification or description provided.
  • We are not responsible for the minor variations in specification, in colour or other design features, and no such minor variation shall entitle the purchaser to rescind the contract or shall be the subject of any claim against the vendor by the purchaser.
  • In the case of hand-crafted items some variation of materials, design and manufacture is to be anticipated due to the individual nature of the items supplied. We will not accept a claim for refund unless the product is significantly different from any sample, specification or description provided.

5. Claims

  • No liability for any claim for damage or non-functionality shall be accepted unless we are notified in writing by the purchaser within seven days of delivery.
  • No liability for any claim will be accepted in the case of goods differing in quantity or descriptions from the particulars given on the delivery note unless the vendor is notified in writing by the purchaser within seven days of delivery and the onus is on the purchaser to prove any shortage.

6. Guarantee

  • The purchaser shall, unless otherwise, in writing, be responsible for all carriage, telephone, postal and other incidental charges incurred during the guarantee period.

7. Returned Goods

  • We will not accept goods for credit or rectification unless return has been authorised by us and the goods are received in stock condition, with original packaging. We retain the right to decide whether to accept the return of the goods or whether to rectify the goods or whether to issue a credit note.
  • The purchaser shall be responsible for the cost of outward and return carriage and insurance of all goods returned to the vendor for  credit. Returned goods shall be at the risk of the purchaser until actual receipt by the vendor. The onus of proof of safe delivery shall rest with the purchaser.
  • All items returned to the vendor by prearrangement and found to contain no fault, will be subject to a 25% (minimum £10) restocking charge, providing the goods are in original stock condition.
  • No credit shall be allowed for goods until they have been received complete.

8. Consequential Loss

  • The extent of the vendor liability to the purchaser for any default or breach whatsoever and howsoever arising shall in no case exceed the invoice value of the goods and the vendor shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the purchaser in respect of any loss or damage whether suffered by the purchaser or any customer of the purchaser and whether direct, indirect, consequential, or however else arising.

9. Law

  • If any part of these terms and conditions shall be found to be unlawful it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the conditions.
  • This contract is and shall be deemed to have been made in England and shall in all respects be governed by English Law


Exclusive Crafts accept payment as follows:

  • Credit card payment processed through our PayPal account. By this method we can accept Mastercard, Visa and American Espress. There is no charge for payment made in this way and a PayPal account is not required.
  • PayPal transfers.
  • Cheques Orders paid by cheque, will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared, for which up to 14 days should be allowed.
  • Cash Sterling currency tendered in person. Do not send cash through the post or by carrier.
  • Postal/Money Order Only UK Sterling Postal Orders accepted. Please cross the order with the words A/C PAYEE ONLY.
